Also known as nature therapy, green therapy, outdoor therapy, forest therapy and earth therapy. This modality includes time outside during session. Developing a relationship with nature helps our nervous system settle and co-regulate with the most stable nervous system of all: Earth. This supports somatic therapy and is best in-person but can be done online. In person sessions in Bellingham and Bow in Whatcom & Skagit counties.

Internal Family Systems, or IFS, is a modality that views all humans as complex and layered. We all have different parts of ourselves and sometime these parts are in conflict which make it really challenging to feel connected, have clarity and live fulfilling lives. Using IFS we can explore your parts and overcome internal struggles so you can be confident and capable.
We are connected to the larger whole. Systems of oppression - in the forms of capitalism, colonization, racism, white supremacy, modernity and ablism - directly and indirectly impact our mental health. Adapting to function 'well' within these systems caused distress, strain and contortion. Composting this harmful shit is required to practicing liberation healing.
